Payments:

1. Full Payment, for item/s won, on any and all auctions, Must be made within 10 Days from the close of the auction/s.
2. Only an email request, from the high bidder, can be considered for a time extension on making payment.
3. Ten days after the auction has close, if payment has not been made, a "friendly" reminder notice will be sent to the high bidder that will request payment within 4 days.
4. If after a total of 14 day has passed since the end of any auction, and the high bidder has failed to make their payment, the auction may be voided.
5. If a high bidder fails to honor their bid within 14 days from the end of the auction, eBay will be contacted and the first step of eBay's Non-Paying Bidder Program will be utilized. The following things will result:
   • eBay will send bidder an email requesting bidder to honor bid and warning bidder about the consequences for non-performance,
   • If after 24 days a bidder has failed to honor their bid, then the seller will take the final step of requesting the Final Value Fees for the failed sale. eBay will also send the bidder an email warning them about their nonperformance and eBay will make a note in a bidder's profile for any non-performances. After 4 non-performances by a bidder, a bidder could be suspended for up to 30 days.
6. Whenever it's possible, Winners of multiple auctions may be able to have items combined into one shipment to help in reducing shipping cost.
7. Whenever it's possible, Repeat Long Term buyers will have items shipped as soon as their payment arrives. (One Or Two Days)
8. The payment requirement, the time frame requirement, and all other requirements listed on this page are in compliance with eBay's Members Agreement . If you have any question, then please check out eBay's FAQ Page .

Please remember, it is the responsibility of the buyer and seller to contact each other within 72 hours of the close of an auction and make arrangements to complete the transaction. If this is not done, high bidder status may be lost and seller will be free to contact the next bidder in line if he/she desires. All auction should be completed within 14 days from the close of the auction.

Payments/Checks:

1. A cashier's check or money order ensures shipping within a few days, weekends and holidays excepted.
2. Personal checks are just fine, but subject to a 10-day clearing period before shipping.
3. Waiting period will be waved for high bidders with a feedback rating of 100 or more.
4. Repeat buyers will have items shipped ASAP.
5. Any returned checks will be subject to no less than a $20.00 return check fee, in addition to any other bank fees encored due to insufficient funds.
6. It is not recommended that cash ever be mail to make your payment.

Shipping Insurance:

• If the item/s you have won are breakable you may want to insure it/them; however, insurance is not required.
• In case of loss or damaged during shipping of any item, seller is in no way obligated to refund money or item if insurance isn't paid. "Once an item is in the Postal System it's pretty much out of my control.
• All Postal Fees Insurance Fees, Are Non-refundable. Only The Final Value of an item/s may be refundable.
• Those people that didn't pay for insurance on an item may be entitled to a replacement item if item(s) are damaged during shipping is due to improper packaging.
• Shipping insurance is not provided through the USPS, We provide in-house insurance coverage. If you would like your item(s) to be insured please include an additional 1.50 per every $50.00 of value.
• Insurance, via, USPS, will only be utilized at the bidders request. Bidder must specifically state that they want insurance via USPS; otherwise, our in-house insurance policy will be utilized at the rate of 1.50 per every $50.00 of value.

Feedback:

Prompt payment and open communication is expected and will result in positive and timely completion for all auctions. Winning bidders that send in their payments in a timely manner will receive a positive statement, in their feedback profile, once they have emailed us informing us that the item has arrived. If for some reason you are unhappy with the way a transaction was conducted, or if you are unhappy with the item you have won please email us and lets see if we can work it out.

1. If Bidder Fails To Keep An Open Line Of Communication By Not Answering Email.
2. If Bidder Fails To Honor High Bid By Not Sending In Payment Within Time Frame.
3. If Bidder Sends Rude Or Insulting Emails.
4. If Bidder Posts Negative Feedback Out Of Retaliation.

Deadbeat Bidders:

Deadbeat bidders, are defined as bidders who win an auction but never follow through with the transaction, and they will face consequences for their non-performance. Upon receiving a credit request from a seller for non-payment by the bidder, eBay will automatically send an email warning to the user who has been accused of deadbeat bidding. The user will receive two warnings before suspension. By the third time, this behavior is believed to be chronic and the user will be suspended for 30 days. A fourth offense will result in indefinite suspension from eBay. Deadbeat bidding deteriorates trust, but we also understand that users sometimes have legitimate reasons for not being able to follow through in a transaction. Some reasons include hospitalization, family emergencies, acts of nature, and computer-related problems.
